Talk&Type Online dictation not working correctly, due to a Microsoft update- A fix has been released to address this in Read&Write v12.0.97 and an update will be available soon for Read&Write for Work.

We have been made aware that an Office 365 update has affected some user accounts when trying to read text in Word online documents. We are working on a fix for this and will update this page as soon as it has been addressed.

The outage affecting the Picture Dictionary component of Read And Write For Google has been resolved. Our team identified and addressed the issue with our upstream provider, and service has now been restored to normal operation. We are currently investigating an issue affecting some core functionalities of the Read&Write extension. Users who have recently updated to the latest stable version of Google Chrome may be experiencing the following: Speech (Text-to-Speech) not functioning. The Settings menu is inaccessible. Dictionary dialogs are not showing definitions. Our team is actively investigating the cause, which appears to be related to the newest Chrome browser update. The extension functions normally on previous Chrome versions. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as a resolution or workaround is available.
