We have identified that a change made by Magic Labs is preventing Passport wallets from transacting. Magic are working to revert their changes with restoration expected by 01:45 UTC.

On the 28th November 2025 the Immutable Orderbook experienced a partial outage for NFT listing and cancellations. This incident was resolved at 11:00AM by our team. Our team has retrospectively filled this incident to provide public transparency to our outages and after internal incident review has implemented additional protections to ensure that similar failures will not occur in future.

An issue relating to Immutable zkEVM Testnet caused nodes in the network to stop receiving new blocks for approximately 1 hour. From the perspective of a user interacting with the JSON RPC, it would have appeared as if the chain had halted. However, the validator was producing blocks during this period of time.
