Due to the critical secuirty exploits CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 we have taken the decision to temporary shut down sites that runs old PHP versions until we have recieved a patch for the specific PHP version. We are working in close cooperation with the patching team and once we have recieved, tested and implemented the patch we will turn the sites on again. Update 15.09: Contol panel access restored. No services affected. We are experiencing some problems with the control panel for our Public Cloud service. Services (like VMs, S3 etc.) are unaffected.

15:07 connectivity is restored. Some VMs have been rebooted. We are experiencing a partial outage of network connectivity for some VMs in ScaleCloud. Operations staff are involved and working on solving the issue.

11:45 We are experiencing technical issues in multiple storage switches, they are currently rebooting. 11:57 Network is fixed, we are currently working on mending the storage. 12:02 Shared web servers are starting to go up again. 12:13 We are still restoring services. 12:31 There's still some servers that are not restored yet - we are still working on getting them back online. 12:33 Servers are up and running again. Update 08:40 Sites are working again After a hardware incident and failover to other hypervisors some websites and applications fail to initialize. We are investigating the problem and are working on getting things running again.

Update 02:53 Internet connections to datacenter was restored. Rerun redundancy failover solved the problem. Why auto-failover didnt work will be investigated. We are currently working on the issue

Some emails are sometimes not delivered to outlook.com and hotmail.com adresses. Users sending them will get a bounced email back in case its not delivered. We have pinpointed the root cause and are working on implementing a fix.

Shared web server shwl-0112 is not responding properly. Our team is investigating the issue and are working on finding a solution 14:02: Server is up, currently watching to make sure everything is working as intended 16:22 No further issues with the server since last update, everything is operational again on the server.
