Status: Investigating We are investigating reports of EU users being redirected to US login pages when accessing login from the Beamery homepage "Beamery homepage": https://beamery.eu/. If you are experiencing this issue, please use this link to login: https://login.beamery.eu/sso

Status: Resolved We have identified and fixed an issue that caused some EU users to be redirected to the beamery.com "beamery.com": http://beamery.com login page instead of beamery.eu "beamery.eu": http://beamery.eu. The fix is now live and no action is needed for the majority of users. If you are still being sent to the wrong login page, this is a cached redirect held in your browser rather than an ongoing fault. To resolve it, either clear your browser cache or go directly to your regional login page: • EU: https://login.beamery.eu/sso • US: https://login.beamery.com/sso Opening the page in a private or incognito window will also bypass the cached redirect if you would rather not clear your cache.

Status: Investigating We are investigating reports that some CRM system-generated emails may be delivered to recipients' spam or junk folders rather than their inboxes. This does not affect outbound candidate-facing emails, which are sending and delivering as normal. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. Status: Monitoring We have implemented a fix for the affected CRM system-generated emails and are now monitoring deliverability to confirm messages are reaching inboxes as expected. As a precaution, we are also carrying out a final sweep to check for any other areas that may have been impacted. Outbound candidate-facing emails remain unaffected throughout.
