We will be performing maintenance on our standard basemaps systems between 6:30pm PST and 10pm PST on October 8th. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruptions during this maintenance period.

Between approx. 6:30pm and 7:10pm Pacific Time we experienced intermittent slow latency and timeouts of our application and APIs. This was due to the ongoing scheduled maintenance. The issues have been resolved and all our endpoints are now functioning as expected.

Between approximately 8:00 am PT and 5:30 pm PT on June 16 we experienced intermittent performance issues with our ArcGIS Online Tiled Basemaps. This occasionally affected a subset of our users trying to make export tile package requests. The issue has been resolved and the affected services are performing as expected.
